We bid farewell to Jacquelyn Denise Sneed (Perry, Florida), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 16, 2025 at the age of 65. Jacquelyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her brother Troy Sneed. She is survived by: her mother Jeanette Flowers (Leroy Sneed Jr.); her son Chikoski Edwards; her grandchildren, Dominique Edwards, Shakayla Edwards and Chikoski Edwards Jr.; and her brothers, Patrick Sneed (Nicole), Anthony Sneed, Chris Sneed (Deirdre), Arturo Flowers and Janay Miller (Alton). She is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The American Lung Association memory of Jacquelyn Sneed.
