He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray "Jimbo" Sr. and Leasie Blue; and his sister Paulette Tillman (Leon). He is survived by: his wife Vicky Blue; his children, Troy Sikes (Casey) and Gina Lynn Ward (Gary); and his brothers, Billy Blue (Cheri) and Mike Blue (Robbie). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Midway Baptist Church (187 Roberts Aman Rd, Perry, FL 32347). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
