It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Warren Fultz of Perry, Florida, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on August 28, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Coilice and Johnette Freeman Fultz (Freeman); and his siblings, John Edward Fultz and Teresa Fultz. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Fultz; his children, James Michael Fultz and Mary (John Weaver); and his sister Betty Nell Rawsthorne. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
