She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Matthew Mann and Odie Godwin Mann; husbands: Henry Deal and Dr. Leland Litchfield; brothers: Lewis Mann, Vernon Mann and James Mann; sisters: Lois Walker and Ruth Clark; children: Ricky Deal (Glenda), Rhonda Peters and Robin Starling (Charlie); grandchildren: Jamie Deal, Chad Deal, Lindsay Peters and Amy Shiver (Loomis); great grandchildren: Brantley Deal, Chaddy Deal, Ramzie Peters, Albree Shiver and Addison Shiver; other: Charles Starling Sr. and Becky Horse; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the First Church of God. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
