He is survived by: his significant other Crystal Corson; his children, Christopher and Savannah (Levi); his stepdaughters, Christina Carlton and Victoria Corson; and his siblings, Rosie Whiddon-Hicks, Eva Akins (Bryant), Carrie Akins and James Whiddon. He is also survived by his grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Joe P. Burns Funeral Home- Perry (1400 N Johnson Stripling Rd, Perry, FL 32347).
