He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Ratliff and Lillie Parker Ratliff; his wife Barbara McIntyre Ratliff; and his daughter Lola Angela. He is survived by: his brothers, Royce Ratliff (Idell) and Ronnie Ratliff (Helen); and his children, Joseph Wayne "Joey" Ratliff, Jr. (Juanita), Gregory Neal "Greg" Ratliff (Renee), Cari Beth Dixon (David) and Richard Todd Ratliff (Nicole). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 greatgrandchildren, and five great-greatgrandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
