He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Allen Whitehead and Dorothy Louise Whitfield Whitehead; his siblings, Patsy Fletcher, Joyce Moates, Jone Pridgeon, Ralph, Jimmy, Danny, Tommy and Paul Whitehead (Pokey); and his great grandchild Alexander Lee Trujillo.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Stephens Whitehead; his children, Lena (Daniel Trujillo), Rebecca (Wayne Wilbur) and Joleen Whitehead; his brothers, Billy Whitehead and Johnnie Stephens (Winky); and his grandchildren, Suzan Trujillo, Joseph Trujillo, Brittani Floyd, Rebekah Floyd, Nicolas Bennett and Madison Padgett. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
