She is survived by: her husband William Buchtmann; her siblings, Edward Shadd of Raiford, Florida and Audrey Wilson (Jerry) of Lake Butler, Florida.; her children, John Mark Mazzola of Jacksonville, Steve Timothy Mazzola of Perry, Florida. and Reva Shayne Bass (Darren) of Greenville, Florida.; her grandchildren, Taylor Mazzola, Bethany Parker, Daniel Bass, Matthew Bass, Ashlynne Hendrix and Emma Greene; and her great grandchildren, Landon Gilliam, Brynnleigh Gilliam and Makenna Parker.
