She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Carlton and Ethel Carlton; and her brothers-in-law, Richard "Dicky" Smith and William Yates. She is survived by: her husband David Kinsey; her children, Shana Carlsen (Joseph) and Aric Kinsey (Jennie); her grandchildren, Davis Kinsey of Dylan Kinsey, J. T, Matthew Carlsen and Chelsea Carlson; her great grandchildren, Emma and Chloe Dawson of Glen Burnie, Maryland.; and her sisters, Linda Smith of Perry and Pamela Yates of Chillicothe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
