She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Avery and Sybil Avery (Whitfield); and her sister-in-law Wendy Avery. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Fulford; her children, Angela Castelucci (Phil) and Eric Fulford (Michelle); her siblings, John Avery, David Avery (Kathy) and Tammie Anspaugh (Curtis); her granddaughters, Angelika Nicole Guynn, Katelyn Souza (Christopher), Maranda Fulford (Caitlyn) and Lily Fulford; and her great grandchildren, Damon Guynn, Malachi Souza and Atlas Souza. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, dear cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in her memory be made to Hearts for Hometown Dogs.
