He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; his parents, Earl Jewell and Alta Jewell; and his sister Darlene Urick. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley (Greg Gerrard) and Brenda (Matthew Ozog); and his brothers, Clifford, Lloyd, Roger, Millard and Larry.
