She is survived by: her great grandchild Kacen Brooks; her children, Rebecca Turen (Ronny), Cecil Padgett Jr. (Maria) and Michael Salmons; her brother Neil James (Linda); her siblings-in-law, Allen Clague and Shirley Clague; and her close friend Connie Gibson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren plus one more great grandchild.
