She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Blue and Jeanette Blue; her granddaughter Elieha Dakota Bell; and her son-in-law Chad Wayne Brown. She is survived by: her children, Sonya Brown, Nicole Neal, Miranda Neal and John "Tripp" Neal. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
