He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Moore Jr. and Barbara Kirby Moore; his brother-in-law Ronald Hill; and his sibling's children, Daniel Moore, Ronald Lott Jr. and Amanda Williams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Hill, Roberta Lott and James Moore (Cheryl) of Perry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
