She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Roy Eugene "Gene" Taylor and Ann Moody Taylor; her husband Craig Harvey; her daughter Hope Harvey Webb (Joshua); her grandson Ace Harvey Webb; her siblings, Nancy Geohagan (Tom), Karen Taylor and Roy Taylor; her nieces, Laurie Lilliott (Hud) and Gena Crouse English; and her nephew Cory Taylor (Chelsea).
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made to Big Bend Hospice or Buckeye Community Federal Credit Union - Ruth Harvey Memorial Fund (Hope Webb) to be used for a scholarship in her honor.
