She is survived by: her parents, Leonard Dixon and Peggy Moore Helton; her husband John F Collins Sr.; her sons, John Collins Jr. and Joshua Collins (Keely); her grandchildren, Nevaeh, Bricen, Paisley and Weston; and her siblings, Richard Dixon (Ferna) of Perry, FL, Michelle Crawford (Guy) of Old Town, FL, Shirley Kammerer (Rick) of Lake Wylie, SC, Dan Jr. Helton (Gabby) of Perry, FL, Lisa Casey (Chris) of Ohio, Jeanie Bodiford of Oregon and Mary Sue Zertuche of Oregon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
