He is survived by: his parents, Stephen William Smith (Donna) and Kristina Hatcher Smith; his daughters, Trista and Emma Smith; his siblings, Logan Smith (Holly), Jessica Gonzalez (Eddie), Brittany Holmes and Kaitlyn Holmes; and his grandparents, George, Margaret Hatcher, Lester and Carol Terry. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
