It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tyson T. Hicks in Perry, Florida, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Tyson departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Tyson may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Tyson leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tyson Hicks Sr. and Louise Hicks; and his siblings, Betty Hicks, Caroline Winburn and Marshall Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Hicks; his sons, Ty Hicks and Kevin Hicks (Emily); his granddaughters, Madeline, Elizabeth and Hannah; and his sister Polly Hodges. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
