She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Paulk, Alice Newman, Buddy Paulk and Judy; and her children, Troy Sikes (Casey) and Gina Lynn Ward (Gary). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
