He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Outland and Mary Outland; his son Frank Outland; and his sister Peggy Outland. He is survived by: his wife Dot Outland; his daughters, Dell Hoyt of Florida, Mary Lee Marteliz (Angel) of Tampa, Donna Mathews (Tim) of Fort Valley, Melanie Holt of Jacksonville and Wendy Poag (Joe) of Yulee; and his grandchildren, Frank, Sydney, Brandon, Alex, Tyler, Tanner, Josh, Ross, Sami and Addison. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Big Bend Hospice.
