He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Stanley and Mary Stanley; his brother Carter L. Stanley; and his daughter Theresa Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Joan Stanley; his son Bill Stanley Jr. (Theresa); his grandchildren, Ryan Williams, Isaiah Stanley and Naomi Stanley; his siblings, Bobby Stanley, Doris Bradley and Jeannie Allinder; his siblings' children, Chase, Marcus Stanley, Carla Stanley Leggett, Laneal Lunsford and Melissa Stanley; and his stepchildren, Lawton Williams and Rodna Williams.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Joe P. Burns Funeral Home of Perry With (1400 N Johnson Stripling Rd, Perry, FL 32347).
