She is survived by: her children, Scott, Ed (Charlene) and Laura Mohr Church (Bill); her grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob Mohr (Ed), Rob Church (Alexa) and Kathryn Church Kotowski (Shawn); her great grandchild Quinn Church (Rob); her siblings, Ed Weber (Mary Kay) and Janet Weber Spurk (Bob); and her spouse Toledo.
