Kimberly Pheanis Obituary

She was predeceased by: her father William "Bill" Shoults; and her brother Eric Shoults. She is survived by: her mother Sheila Earnest Shoults; her husband Mike Pheanis; her daughter Amber Motta (Jack); and her granddaughters, Audrey and Ava.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Shawn's name to Alzheimer's Association.
