He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia S. Harkins; his parents, Francis George Harkins Sr. and Beatrice Oliveira Harkins; his brother Francis George Harkins Jr. (Frank); and his friend George Eaton Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Paul Jason Harkins of Ogdensburg, NY and Jaime Wilcox (Jesse) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Franklynn Rose Wilcox and Sullivan Grace Wilcox; and his sister-in-law Angela Feldman-Harkins of LaGrange, KY. He is also survived by adopted daughter, stepson; step-grandchildren; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
