He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Oalmann Sr. and Augusta Pearl Edwards; his wife Sharon; his siblings, Ruth, Margaret, Marietta and Ralph; his granddaughter Misty Fowler; and his great grandchild James Martin.
He is survived by: his children, David Oalmann (Cindy), Becky Dulaney (Cory), Billy Oalmann (Kelly) and Nancy Burkley (Dale). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
