It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allison Smith (Plant City, Florida), who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jacquelyn "Jackie" Smith; his parents, Norma Jean McCartel and Ed Collins; and his brothers, Richard Smith and Kelley Gene Smith Jr..
He is survived by: his brother Wade Smith; his sister-in-law Betty Virginia Blanton; his children, Allison Smith Jr., Kelley, Paige Smith, Carrie Smith and Robert Gaston; his grandchildren, Mia Roza, Milo Roza, AJ Smith, Jaden, Kindyl, Mackenzie, Javier Torres, Emilee Smith, Travis Carwile, Ryan Smith, Cooper, Vickery and Keylee Bridgeman; and his great grandchildren, Hayden Smith, Waylon Smith, Paisley Smith, Maddie Torres, Callie Torres and Scarlett Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Haught Funeral Home (708 E Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Plant City, FL 33563). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Florida National Cemetery.
