She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Ashmore Sr. and Pearl L. Ashmore (Davenport); her daughter Cynthia Christie; and her grandson Jesse Christie. She is survived by: her children, Charlie Christie (Carolyn), Shari Bartolotti (Scott) and Deborah Baker (Curt); her grandchildren, Andrew Baker (Catlin), Kristin Baker, Samuel Christie (Jasmine) and Micah Christie (Ariel); her great grandchildren, Colton Christie, Bentley Christie and Weston Christie; and her brother Perryn Ashmore (Trudy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
