He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert (Bill) and Velma M. Witte Davis. He is survived by: his significant other Tyna; his cousin Jess Davis of Texas; and his nieces, Margaret Ann Boswell, Patricia Cravey of Plant City, Pam Philman, Penney Aderholt and Susan Alldredge of Lake City.
