He is survived by: his wife Norma Wheeler; his children, Vickie Oliva (Jon) and Fred Russell; his siblings, Richard Wheeler and Barbara Miller; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Todd. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
