He is survived by: his spouse Shannon Bradshaw; his sons, Gary Cody Bradshaw and Kyle Wayne Bradshaw; and his siblings, Keith Thompson, Adam Thompson, Jesse Bradshaw and Laura Bradshaw. He is also survived by his wife, sons, siblings, extended family, and friends.
