She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Ptak and William Joseph Blankenship Sr.; her sibling Pat Wadsworth; and her son Jeremy Johnson. She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Blankenship, Flora Gathof and Kathy Riddle; her husband Ronald Johnson; her stepdaughter Tammy Frankham; her son John Jason Johnson; and her grandchildren, Austin Phillips, Aiden Johnson, Lathan Tillman-Johnson, Lance Frankham III and Hayley.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made to help cover final expenses.
