Norma Goff Obituary

She was predeceased by: her mother Christina Moreno; her siblings, Cyndi Alcala and Arthur Moreno; and her granddaughter Elizabeth. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Goff (Jess Rogers) of Bethesda, MD, Karen Goff (John Delaroderie) of Tampa, FL and Kim Surrency (Steven) of Plant City, FL; her grandchildren, Megan, Zoe, Raigen, Gemma, Juliana, Gabrielle, Xavier and Samuel; her family, Kenneth, David (Sharon), Billy (Anna) and Jimmy Goff; her aunt Lucille Rodriguez; her brothers, Stephen Alcala (Judy), Richard Moreno and Jerry Aguilera; and her boyfriend Cliff Wiggs. She is also survived by her three girls, and she became a surrogate mother figure to many of their classmates.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the St. Clement Catholic Church (7701 W Knights Griffin Rd, Plant City, FL 33565). A Mass was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Clement Catholic Church (1104 N Alexander St, Plant City, FL 33563).
