With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Troy Dee Spell of Plant City, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 22, 2025 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ingerson and Sinnie Carter; and his siblings, Roy Lee Spell, Lewis Spell, Rosalee Spell and Jack Spell.
He is survived by: his significant other Marcella Spell; his children, Robbie Allen, Marsha Spell (Chris), Cindy Spell, Mary Spell and Troy Spell Jr. (Kelsey); and his sister Mary Anne Carter. He is also survived by his fifteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
