He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Engle; and his stepfather Rick Engle. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Nagy-Blevins; his brother Ben Blevins; and his sister-in-law Christina Blevins. He is also survived by four children and eight grandchildren.
