He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Martinez; his children, Matthew Martinez (Jenny), Victor Anthony Martinez and Raquel Moon (Donald); his grandchildren, Mason, Oliver, Benjamin and Maggie; his siblings, Nancy R. Martinez and Daniel Martinez; his niece Marina; and his nephew Devin. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Deacon Victor's name to the Andrea's Wish fund of Our Lady of Lourdes North American Lourdes Volunteers, as they provided Deacon Victor with the utmost care.
