She is survived by: her children, John Christopher Fornash (Georgianna), Rochelle Echevarria and George Fornash; her grandchildren, Jennifer Crudele, Alexis Sanzotta, George Fornash and Katherine Fornash; and her sisters, Mary Russo and Imelda Hankins. She is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren.
