He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryce Weaver and Carlotta Weaver; and his brother James Bryce Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Helen Wood; his sons, Jefferson, Britt, Todd and Russell; his children-in-law, Shelley, Katherine and Zsa-Zsa; his grandchildren, Mark, Catharine, Matthew, Haley, Charlotte, Caroline, Graham, Mason and Carlton; and his great grandchildren, Theodore, Jameson, Claire Helen and Emilia.
