He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Sullivan Sr. and Katherine Sullivan; and his sisters, Kay and Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Susan Sullivan; his children, Kathy (Larry), Lisa, Megan (Nate), Shane (Nikki) and Eric; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Michael, Robyn, Brianna, Samuel, Erin, Leigh, Mia and Riley.
In the later years of his life, John faced Parkinson's disease the same way he lived; with strength, courage, resilience, and unwavering determination.
