He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son David; his daughter-in-law Christy; his daughter Claudia Wade; his son-in-law Brian; his grandchildren, Isabelle Wade and Alexander Chirinos; his sister Josefina Roque (Otto); and his sibling's children, Rafael, Otto Roque, Jr. and Carolina Roque.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care (1600 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024).
