He is survived by: his grandchildren, Abby, Emmie and Dax; his wife Donna Sullivan (Larizza); his son Dan Sullivan; his daughter-in-law Raquel Sullivan (Rodriguez); his sisters, Nancy Peluso (Sullivan) and Donna Sullivan (Jimmy O'Brien); his siblings-in-law, Nancy Larizza, Natalie Larizza and Gary Larizza; and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Sean Sullivan, Brian Peluso, Brett Higgins, Kerri Sue Fields (Sullivan), Molly Skundrich (Phillips), Devon Pinskey (Phillips) and Kylie Lane.
