We are sad to announce that, on March 11, 2026, at the age of 85, Matthew K. J. Lim of Plantation, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Matthew is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Matthew's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parent Dr. Lim Kay Wan; and his wife Rita Lim. He is survived by: his children, Paul Lim of Plantation, FL and Ramona Lim; his son-in-law Souheil El-Chemaly; his granddaughter Gabriella El-Chemaly of Brookline, MA; and his siblings, Jenny Lim of Austin, TX and Michael Lim of Davis, CA..
