He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Raymond Theile, Sr. and Mary Spanbauer. He is survived by: his wife Eugenia Theile; his children, Gavin Theile and Sara Theile; his grandsons, Blake and Owen Theile; and his siblings, Karl Theile, Teresa Pickowitz and Joan Collins.
