He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Roy Cecil and Ruby Pemberton; his wife Shirley; his children, Cecil Alton Pemberton, Jr. (Bella), Timmy Pemberton (Heather), Candie Morales (Gilbert) and Dustin Pemberton (Danielle); and his siblings, Danny Pemberton, Carolyn Golembiewski (Tony), Pat Byrd (Ronnie) and Jean Yeary. He was also cherished by grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
