It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Michael Sgro of Pompano Beach, Florida, who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Attorney Charles Vincent Sgro. He is survived by: his mother Maria Sgro; his siblings, Vincent and Jennifer; his brother-in-law Zachary Fisher; his nephews, Noah Fisher and Leo; his grandparents, Vincent Paul Sgro, Shirley Isabelle Sgro of Monmouth Beach and Michele Ditto (Maria Putrino) of Italy; his pet Clover; and his close friend Taichi (Chiara).

Visitation was held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frank Patti & Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home (327 Main St, Fort Lee, NJ 07024). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Madonna R. C. Church (340 Main St, Fort Lee, NJ 07024).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests planting a tree or donations to a charity of your choice that supports causes that were meaningful to Michael.
