He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Anderson Ellis and Betty Jane Temple; and his former wife Denise Jarrett Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Katy Ellis; his children, Thea Ramsey (Steve), Taylor Blackburn (Harrison) and Thomas Ellis; his brother Phil Ellis (Annette); his grandchildren, Sawyer, Owen and Asher; and his stepchildren, TJ, Jack and Callie.
