She was predeceased by: her husband Robert F. Pucek; her parents, Lavoretta Marcello DiFulvio and Pasquale DiFulvio; and her siblings, Rosaly, Delores DiFulvio and Dominic DiFulvio.

She is survived by: her children, Robert J. Pucek of Topeka, KS, Rose and Richard Tekely of Hermitage, TN; her grandchildren, Tim Pucek of Topeka, KS, Christine Pucek of Topeka, KS and Matthew Swartz of Hermitage, TN; her great grandchildren, Justin of Topeka, KS and Bob Pucek of Topeka, KS; her sister Loni Bliznik (Phil DeRose); and her sisters-in-law, Julieanne Orband of Binghamton, NY and Lorry Kessler (Walt) of Binghamton, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
