She was predeceased by: her father Earl N.; her son Joe Williams; her husband Dwight Williams; her siblings, Rose Rinehart and John Gardner; her parents-in-law, Chet Rinehart, Beatrice, Walter Morse, Raymond and Mary Adelia Lewis; and her son-in-law Roger Starrett.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Laura Hitchcock Williams; her grandchildren, Brandon Williams (Rita), Jessica Williams and Alex Adel; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Gardner of Wellston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Once she moved to Pompano Beach and joined the Court at Palm Aire Retirement Community, she organized a knitting group that donated infants' warming hats and blankets for newborns.
