He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pinto and Josephine Pinto (DiCamillo); and his siblings, Arthur Pinto and Joan Pascucci (Pinto). He is survived by: his wife Luciana Pinto (Miron); his children, Michelle Patrizio (Pinto), Evas Nelson (Pinto), Richard and Luciana; his great grandchildren, Poppy, Alec Patrizio, Minnie Zhang, Casey Patrizio, Rachel Eby and Olivia (Nelson); his son-in-law Eric Nelson (Evas); his nephew James Pascucci (Gary Mauro); Luna and Leo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (200 W Copans Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33064). A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (200 W Copans Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33064).
