With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Walter A Forster Jr. of Pompano Beach, Florida, born in Fairhope, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Loud Forster; his parents, Ferris Reil Forster and Walter A. Forster of Chicago; and his sisters, Minerva Jackson and Azzile Anderson.
He is survived by: his partner Wayne Wolf; his caregiver Wayne Wolf; his children, Diane Kay Litchauer (Tim) of League City, Texas and David Walter Forster of Alameda, California.; his grandchildren, Zachary Davidson Forster, Ethan, Katy, Gavin and Evalyn Litchauer; his nieces, Betty Sue (Keith Baker), Diane Marlowe and Cindy (Sam Stitt); and his nephew Paul Anderson (Sue Maupin).
