She is survived by: her mother Catherine Thompson Simmons; her daughters, Anna Giampetro (Zach Howell) and Catherine Solis (Raul); her grandchildren, Kingsley, Brody and Mila; and her siblings, Catherine Gibbs, Robert Gibbs (Melinda), Raymond Douglas Simmons (Terry) and Elizabeth Tanzler (Hans). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
